Our Riders
Our rider member base currently consists of Elite, Development and Club level cyclists. Most are supported by our unique cycling scholarship system which provides a huge incentive for our members to work hard to reach new heights whilst still being an inclusive contributing citizen. Achieving cycling outcomes are just part of our goals and culture. Being community inclusive, challenging cultural norms and just being a beautiful human is at the heart of our riders and the scholarship system that supports them.
Nantume Miria 18 - Women’s Captain and Junior Women’s
Silver Medalist at the 2024 African Continental Championships. Miria made Ugandan cycling history by becoming the first ever Ugandan female cyclist to podium in an international event. Miria is currently part of the UCI World Cycling Centre Development squad based out of Paarl South Africa and was recently selected as Captain for her nation at the recent Tour De Burundi.
Wasswa Fred 25 -
Is one of our most aggressive racers…….a sprinter. Fred is part of the elite program and is currently being nurtured to become one of the team domestiques. He will also get his chance to dive for the line in a sprint format when the opportunity arises.
